Louis H. Jones
Louis H. Jones focuses on operational excellence; Mr. Jones oversees the day-to-day operations of our agency: their strong leadership skills and meticulous attention to detail ensure that our services are delivered efficiently and effectively. In addition, Mr. Jones collaborates closely with our clinical and administrative teams to streamline processes, optimize resource allocation, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
Alison A. Hewitt
Alison A. Hewitt is the visionary leader and founder of Like Family Home Health Agency. Ms. Hewitt brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our agency. With a deep-rooted passion for healthcare and a commitment to improving the lives of individuals in need, Ms. Hewitt serves as Chief Financial Officer. She has been instrumental in shaping our agency’s mission and values. They provide strategic guidance and foster stewardship and sustainability. With her keen financial acumen and strategic mindset, Ms. Hewitt ensures the fiscal health of our agency, uses innovation, and forges partnerships to enhance the quality and scope of our services; develops and implements financial strategies, monitors budgetary allocations, and drives cost-effective initiatives to optimize resources without compromising the quality of care we provide.

Karetha Times, RN. Our esteemed Chief Nursing Officer, Mrs. Times Ray, is at the heart of our patient-centered care approach. With extensive clinical experience and a deep understanding of patient needs, Mrs. Times Ray. is pivotal in driving clinical excellence throughout our agency. They lead our team of skilled nurses, foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development, and implement evidence-based practices to deliver the highest quality care to our patients.
